Members and giving
A portal that reads like a letter, not a control panel.
The member portal is the warm end of the product. No passwords: a one-time link to the email the organisation holds. Members see what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, choose how they are contacted, and see their giving with a receipt for every gift.

Consent is a receipt, not a checkbox.
Email, text, post and phone are separate decisions. Each one is kept with the exact words the person agreed to and where they agreed to them. A campaign checks that receipt per person at the moment of sending, not at import, so a change of mind takes effect on the next send.

A guardian sees a child's programme, once the organisation says so.
A parent asks to see a child's record by name and date of birth. Roost matches it against a registration that has their contact on it, and a person at the organisation approves. Then they see sessions, attendance and consents on file, and the conversations they have had with the coordinator. Access ends at eighteen.
