All educators' qualifications and educator/child ratios (1:15) are in accordance with, or better than, the guidelines set in the Education and Care National Regulations 2011, with additional staffing for children with additional needs. Excursions and swimming activities undergo a detailed risk assessment prior to the activity and ratios are set accordingly.
Our management team hold a variety of qualifications in Education and Care, along with many years of experience running OSHC services. Many of our casual educators are currently studying to become child care professionals, teachers, nurses or occupational therapists.

CPR and First Aid
Every educator is trained annually.
Blue Card
Every educator must hold a Suitability (Blue) Card.
Anaphylaxis and Asthma
Trained in anaphylaxis and asthma management.
Child protection
Trained in the Service's Child Protection Policy and Reporting of Child Abuse Policy, with continual development in health and safety, child protection and behaviour management, and in fun programming ideas and interactive play spaces.
