School holidays and pupil-free days

Vacation care

We believe our Vacation Care Program should be like a holiday for your child, with a variety of activities, excursions and incursions for an engaging and exciting holiday period.

6.30am–6.00pm
during school holidays and on pupil-free days
$80.00
a day, casual bookings (excursions and incursions extra)
4 meals
breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, fully catered

Incursions and excursions are a valuable part of our Vacation Care Program, with provision for enjoyment, stimulation, challenge, new experiences, and a meeting point between the Service and the wider community. All incursions and excursions are advertised in advance, telling parents when it is, where it will be, what activities, and the transport and fees for the excursion. The cost of incursions and excursions is in addition to the daily care charge and is set out in the Vacation Care Program.

Holiday questions

Does my child have to attend every day during the holiday program?

No – you can pick only the days you require or which appeal to your child, although we are sure children will find every day just as amazing.

Can my child stay at the service on an excursion day?

We do not offer an alternative on excursion days for children to remain at the service whilst other students attend the excursion, although we will endeavour to meet the care requirements of the community if excursion places are limited and are sold out.

Is food provided?

Yes. During vacation care we are fully catered, offering nutritious breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea each day.

Do I sign my child in and out?

Yes. A parent/guardian (or other authorised adult) must sign children in and out for vacation care.
