Sessions
Opening hours and fees
Monday to Friday. We do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Before School Care
6.30am to 8.40am, during school term Permanent $25.00 Casual* $28.50
After School Care
3.00pm to 6.00pm, during school term Permanent $31.50 Casual* $35.00

Bookings
Permanent, casual and shared care
Permanent bookings
We require parents make permanent bookings for set days of the week during the term where care is required to hold their place on that day at the service. Permanent bookings are placed through the Xap Guardian Web Portal or app. One off sessions can be cancelled without charge with 7 days notice. Permanent changes to bookings can only be made by the centre: please advise of the required changes via email.
Casual bookings
Parents can make a booking at any time based on their needs, through the Xap portal or app for the days required. Casual spaces are subject to availability. Casual bookings are charged at a higher rate than permanent bookings.
Shift workers / shared care
"Blocks of care" due to changing work shifts or care requirements are regarded as a permanent booking if they consist of a minimum two (2) week block with care sessions being the same day and sessions throughout the booking. Blocks of care for less than 2 weeks are regarded as casual bookings, due to the administrative time involved in setting up and maintaining bookings in this way.
Other fees
Late collection, absences and cancellations
Late collection
$15.00 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof) after 6.00pm. Please let staff know if you are going to be held up, to avoid concern by children and staff.
Failure to notify an absence
$10 per child per occasion, subject to one exception per calendar year. Tell us through the Xap portal or app as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Fees are not charged for non-attendance if 1 full week or more notice is given. Vacation care cancellations must be made 1 full week in advance through Xap to avoid paying the full fee.
Paying your fees
Weekly in arrears, by direct debit through Quickpay
A statement is emailed each Tuesday for the prior week, and fees are processed each Friday. Paying from a bank account costs nothing extra; Quickpay adds a charge for credit cards.
